Responsive maintenance is urgent or emergency attendance to fix something that cannot be left for a scheduled visit. We offer a 24/7, 365 days a year call out facility to our clients, and we will attend as soon as it is reasonably practicable. If the problem can be fixed then and there we will. Even if we can’t, we’ll do our best to let you to carry on as normally as possible. We will then return later, perhaps once we have got a replacement part, and carry out a full repair.
Our reactive maintenance covers many things including burst pipes, electrical failures and fire alarms going off when they shouldn’t. Often the call out will be for something that isn’t working properly, such as stuck doors and windows, internal plumbing problems like leaky taps, broken windows, malfunctioning heating systems or structural problems like loose tiles. We also deal with the bigger issues that need liaison with external bodies, so things like water and gas supplies failing. The list just goes on, and it’s almost easier to list what we don’t do!
With ASD Response Maintenance you know that our team of specialists are available whenever you need them. We will also complete any insurance documentation required if you need to claim for the costs of repair and reinstatement.
